Barista course

From the perfect espresso, to the artistic execution, to the organisation of the work.

All training sessions are conducted using the latest state-of-the-art multi-group coffee machines, using Eureka coffee grinders. In terms of raw materials, we also include our own roasted speciality certified coffees in our training. Participants in the training will gain a complete overview of the current highest level of the profession. Each kiosk has a separate pour-over washer and a separate arm grinder, so several people can practice simultaneously, without a break. All materials are of course included in the price of the courses!

Latte Art

During the course, you will learn how to make the consistency of milk foam and the perfect espresso for Latte Art. You will learn the basic techniques of pouring motifs (e.g. circle, apple, heart, rosette, etc.) which you will be able to combine to create complex and intricate patterns (e.g. tulip, dragon, etc.).

Price of training: 90.000 Ft
Training time: 4×3 hours

intensive training

This module is recommended for those who already have some basic knowledge of coffee and how to make it. The theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the course is essential for anyone who considers themselves a barista to navigate their way in the coffee world.

Training price: 120.000 Ft
Training time: 6×3 hours

barista profession

Students who successfully complete the course can consider themselves professionals with an overview of the entire coffee world. They are able to organise workflows, supervise the daily work of the staff assigned to them, and anticipate and correct potential sources of error.

Training price: 150.000 Ft
Training time: 8×3 hours

This training is recommended for those who want to take up coffee making as a hobby. Participants will learn how to brew coffee in an espresso machine and will be introduced to alternative coffee brewing techniques.

LATEST ART

During the course, our students will learn how to make the consistency of milk foam needed for Latte Art and the perfect espresso, both of which are necessary to make aesthetic drinks.
