Conditions of purchase

Choosing the product
The customer has the possibility to choose and order products from the store. The customer can click on the selected product to view a more detailed description of it. If he/she wishes to purchase a product, he/she can add it to a virtual shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. By clicking on the "View Cart" button, you will find the products added to the cart, the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the correctness of your order, in particular the prices and quantities, which you can modify or correct as required. The shopping cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.

Packaging of the product
Depending on the weight of the products and the packaging chosen, the packaging and appearance of the products will vary. The types of packaging are 200g, 500g and 1kg, in white or black.

Sending the order
If you are happy with the quantity of products in your basket, have checked the total amount and decided you want to buy them, simply click on the "Checkout" button. You will then have the option to choose whether you want to register as an existing customer, register as a new customer or purchase without registering.
If you have previously made a purchase in our store, please enter the email address and password you used when you previously registered. If you are a new customer, please enter your shopping details, which will be stored in the system and you will only need to log in the next time you shop. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.
In the next step, choose the delivery method (personal delivery, parcel delivery, GLS courier or MPL home delivery) and payment method (cash on delivery, credit card, bank transfer if allowed) that suits you best. If you agree with the contents of the order, click on the "Order" button to submit the order.

Prices
Our prices are the list prices at the time of ordering, which you will find next to the products in the online shop. Prices are gross prices, VAT is included, but these prices do not include delivery costs. The shipping cost is included in the checkout process before finalising your order and also in the Terms and Conditions of Purchase. In the event of an error or omission in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to make corrections. In such a case, we will inform the customer of the new details immediately after the error is detected or amended. The buyer may then confirm the order once again or either party may withdraw from the contract.

Processing of orders
Orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Possibility to correct data entry errors
You can correct data entry errors before pressing the "Order" button.

Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. This means that after placing your order, you will receive an automatic email informing you of the receipt of your order and (later) an email with the expected delivery date. If you need to contact us by phone, please call the phone number on our website.

Shipping
In our store you can pick up the cakes in person, while for the coffees we offer GLS or MPL home delivery, or even delivery to Postapont/MPL parcel machines. 

Delivery by GLS: 1590 Ft - transit time: up to 2 working days

MPL(Magyar Posta Zrt.) charges: 

• Delivered to a parcel machine, Posta Pont or post office: gross 990 HUF/piece.
• For home delivery: up to 0-10 kg gross 1990 HUF/piece.
• For home delivery: up to 10-20 kg gross 2990 HUF/piece.
• For home delivery: up to 20-40 kg gross 5990 HUF/piece.

In case the customer chooses the Hungarian Postal Ltd. delivery, we will charge a gross fee of HUF 2000 per parcel for packing and dispatch.

MPL lead time: 5-7 working days

Payment terms
In our store, you can pay by credit card, in person or by cash on delivery. In the latter case, the full purchase price including delivery costs must be paid in cash to the delivery person upon receipt of the shipment.

A Barion provides an online payment solution with any of the following signs by credit card and by credit card. Online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Credit card details are not passed to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013.
